Join Ben Eichenauer (he/him), Certified Rolfer & student of Martial Arts as we learn how to be and feel safer together.
Drawing from somatic therapies, martial practices, polyvagal theory and more, we will explore:

Martial conditioning and defense techniques adapted to your unique body and abilities
Trauma and Polyvagal responses to danger: Fight, Flight, Fawn, Freeze
