Physical and environmental safety are key aspects of well-being - which can feel threatened in a chaotic world.
Join Ben Eichenauer (he/him), Certified Rolfer & student of Martial Arts as we learn how to be and feel safer together.

Drawing from somatic therapies, martial practices, polyvagal theory and more, we will explore:

  • Simple ways to help protect yourself and others

  • Martial conditioning and defense techniques adapted to your unique body and abilities

  • Trauma and Polyvagal responses to danger: Fight, Flight, Fawn, Freeze

  • Reflexive responses and cultivating the ability to choose your actions

  • Dynamics of Power and how they influence our nervous systems

  • Tools for nervous system regulation

  • Situational awareness and tactical choices: where to stand, what to notice, when to move

  • Practical information and accessible practices for everyday safety and adaptability
