Martial

Systema (the System) is a unique form of Slavic martial arts that Eli has been practicing for several years. Although not an Instructor, he enjoys sharing elements of this amazing martial training system that combine well with the goals of Rolfing such as body alignment, nervous system regulation and somatic adaptability.
