I'm a Certified Advanced Rolfer with over 18 years of professional bodywork experience and training in biodynamic craniosacral therapy, functional fitness, martial arts, meditation, non-violent communication, and traditional shamanic qigong.

In our session work together, I use respectful and mindful touch as well as verbal and movement ques to address injury, strain, aging patterns, repetitive motion, poor posture and/or emotional trauma while helping you to find better structural alignment and access your own vital health.
