60 minute Rolfing Session - $110
This is a discounted price for payment received at the time of service. Insurance billing is based on usual and customary pricing per unit.

Cash, Check, PayPal, and Visa/Mastercard Accepted - a $5 processing fee is added for credit card and PayPal payments.

We accept both Health Insurance and Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA) Insurance.

If a prescription is needed for coverage, please give your provider this script request form and return it to our office.

We may also be able to work with clients who are who are covered for Licensed Physical Therapy.

Step 1 - Schedule your appointment.

Rolfing sessions with Benjamin are available Monday - Friday at Anisha Holistic Health Center.

Step 2 - Prepare for your session.

First, fill out our new client intake form. Please bring the completed form with you to the session.
If you are a potential insurance client, please fill out our insurance intake form and return it to our office prior to your session.
If a prescription is needed for coverage, please give your provider this script request form and return it to our office.
For the session itself, please wear something that will allow Benjamin to see and work with your physical structure.
- A sports bra and shorts work well for many female clients, while some prefer to just wear their underwear.
- Shorts or underwear work well for most male clients.
Due to the nature of Rolfing, clients are not generally covered by a blanket or sheet during the session. Don't worry, the room and table are kept warm and comfortable. Please remember that your comfort is what is most important and dress accordingly.
Please refrain from wearing perfumes and strong fragrances as some clients have sensitivities.

Step 3 - Arrive for your session.

When you arrive at Anisha (4031 SE Hawthorne Blvd.) there will be a waiting room on your right. Please have a seat and I'll meet you there at your scheduled appointment time.
