60 minute Rolfing Session - $100
This is a discounted price for payment received at the time of service. Insurance billing is based on usual and customary pricing per unit.
Cash, Check, PayPal, and Visa/Mastercard Accepted - a $5 processing fee is added for credit card and PayPal payments.

I accept both Health Insurance and Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA) Insurance. To get started, please fill out this insurance intake form and return it to my office. We will contact your insurance company and let you know what coverage is available to you.

Step 1 - Schedule your appointment.
Rolfing sessions with Benjamin are currently available Wednesday - Friday at Anisha Holistic Health Center. Starting this Fall, Benjamin will also be available Monday and Tuesday.

Step 2 - Prepare for your session.
- First, fill out my new client intake form. Please bring the completed form with you to the session.
- If you are a potential insurance client, please fill out my insurance intake form and return it to my office prior to your session.
- For the session itself, please wear something that will allow me to see and work with your physical structure.
- A sports bra and shorts work well for many female clients, while some prefer to just wear their underwear.
- Shorts or underwear work well for most male clients.
- Please keep in mind that your comfort is what is most important.
Step 3 - Arrive for your session.
When you arrive at Anisha (4031 SE Hawthorne Blvd.) there will be a waiting room on your right. Please have a seat and I'll meet you there at your scheduled appointment time.
